Brutalist-inspired architecture with touches of color.
Porto - 2025

Images of the double bedroom that occupies the largest area of the apartment:

Curtains with "Tangerinas e Pêssegos" design and James Malone fabric.
The walls were complemented with illustrations by the artist Diogo Paixão, bringing a graphic and contemporary touch to the decor.
The apartment initially had a sterile and unwelcoming atmosphere. The exposed concrete ceiling, while interesting, presented a challenge in creating visual comfort. We worked on the space with elements that balance the coldness of the concrete, introducing textures, color, and decorative details.
Given that the apartment is located in the Porto university area, all the decor was designed for student use. The brief included the requirement for each room to have its own desk, ensuring functionality and comfort for daily academic life.
